JustDraw is a free whiteboard with no account. These terms are deliberately short, because there is not much to agree about.
Using JustDraw
You may use JustDraw for anything lawful, personal or commercial, free of charge. No licence, attribution or permission is needed to use drawings you make with it.
Your work is yours
Everything you draw belongs to you. We claim no rights over it and we never receive a copy — your boards stay in your browser or in your own folder.
What you may not do
- Use JustDraw to create or share unlawful content, or to infringe someone else's rights.
- Attempt to disrupt the service, or use it to attack or overload other systems.
- Represent JustDraw as your own product, or imply we endorse you.
Your data is your responsibility
Because boards are stored on your device and not on a server, there is no backup we can restore from. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or losing the device means losing boards you have not saved elsewhere. Save anything you care about to a file or a folder.
The AI feature
AI drawing uses models run by third parties, through your own OpenRouter account where you provide a key. What a model returns is not under our control, may be wrong, and should be checked before you rely on it. Any charges on your OpenRouter account are between you and them; JustDraw defaults to free models, but you can choose a paid one.
Sponsorship
JustDraw carries one sponsor slot. A sponsor's presence is not an endorsement by us of their product, and anything you do with a sponsor is between you and them.
No warranty
JustDraw is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. It is a free tool run by one person. We do not promise it will be available, bug-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of JustDraw, including lost work or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top will say when. Continuing to use JustDraw after a change means accepting it.
